Because this is a small, independent race, we cannot guarantee refunds for cancellations. That being said, we will do our best to work with participants with extenuating circumstances, especially if higher registration numbers allow for more flexibility. We will also be happy to offer deferrals and/or transfers to our other race or next year's races, as we have every intention of continuing both races in 2026. Any deferral or cancellation request must be submitted at least 7 days prior to race day.
